In municipal entities there’s a continual need to improve efficiency and the quality of services delivered to citizens. In particular, these organisations must comply with applicable legislation, as well as digitise infrastructure and workflows, which should lead to significant productivity gains. These include improving cost and process efficiency and improving services to citizens, along with improving the customer experience and the quality of services, while dramatically lowering the cost of delivering services. In addition, it is necessary to guarantee data privacy and security, since digitising processes and systems creates risks for information privacy and system integrity.
To meet these requirements we have developed SAMRAS, an integrated, single solution municipal enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. We have a strong and experienced team to assist with system implementation and training and SAMRAS has a fully-staffed service centre, with telephonic and on-site support provided.
