IT is an End User Computing (EUC) solution that consists of multiple solution sets that enable us to manage and maintain your EUC environment, from end-to-end.This remote management and monitoring solution enables us to scan the network on a regular basis and detect new devices that are attempting to connect to it. Alerts are raised for the newly detected device and sent to the service desk for investigation.


Depending on the device classification, the toolset will use automated procedures to either install an agent on the endpoint and, through policies, ensure that the necessary security products and settings are applied to ensure the device complies with your security policy, or apply a monitoring set to the device.


This means that we can manage the device through the toolset, utilising a single pane of glass to manage your estate, encompassing vulnerability management, hardware and software lifecycle management, back-up and disaster recovery, remote monitoring and management, identity and access management, network and cloud management and power management.

Insurance Telematics


Our insurance telematics solution offers enormous value-adds to the insurance industry, with quick-to-install telematics that add value to both the insurer and the insured.Our insurance telematics assists insurers to attract and create good risk drivers and also helps with the implementation of incentive programmes to improve driver behaviour of those drivers that might be seen as a risk. This allows the insurer and the insured to share a mutual vested interest.


The data which is gleaned through a three-axis accelerometer and stored in our big data environment typically includes frequency and time of travel, locations, distance, speed, harsh braking/acceleration, cornering, rapid lane change, impact detection and accident reconstruction. This data is collected and converted into driver behaviour scores which are accessible to the driver via a user-friendly app or website. This allows for positive and more frequent engagement with policyholders, thus enhancing the relationships between the insurer and the insured.
